Homo si teć

Citizen charity run

The biggest road running race in Croatia, ‘Homo si teć’ every year attracts more than 15,000 recreational athletes to the streets of Rijeka. This year again, the city centre will be crowded with runners participating in a 1.2 km course. ‘Homo si teć’ is a race where age does not matter – it is popular with young and old and for many of them it has become an annual tradition. During the event, the city centre of Rijeka is a ‘no-car zone’ with a great entertainment programme away from noisy cars and traffic jams for several hours after the end of the race.
